ACI presents 3 thematic series in CONTACT IMPROVISATION

It’s a great opportunity to have a wonderful warm up and to learn more about CI before practicing jams. All levels are welcome...
1. Space
September 12 to October 3, with Catherine Lessard
An inside-out container that we will meet and fill with a state of presence conducive to touch and improvisation.
2. Buoyancy
October 10 to 31, with Eryn Dace Trudell
Riding the rhythm of rising and falling, by accumulation and releasing of momentum.
3. Continuity
November 14 to December 5, with Nina Galea
Exploring the flow of energy from one point of contact to another, from one body to another.
Fee : $40/series (jams included) or $12/drop in (jam included)
