Valerie Sabbah is a dancer, interdisciplinary artist and psychosomatic naturopath from Montreal. The love of nature led her to Rimouski. Her approach combines Contact Improvisation, ballet, contemporary dance, Body-Mind Centering and dance-theater. She offers workshops and private sessions for children and adults in Contact Improvisation, body wellness and psychosomatic therapy. Her creative and interdisciplinary approach is at the heart of her passion to share with others her discoveries of the incredible intelligence of the body-heart. |
