Jam, dance practice in CI >18:30 to 20:30
This is a “Contact Improvisation jam” practice space, intended for dancers with a minimum of basic knowledge of this dance form. The jam will be framed by a simple structure each time, either the round robin, the intentional jam or the practice of contemplative dance.
Please familiarize yourself with the proposed structure before coming.
The doors will open 15 minutes before the scheduled time, at 5:45 p.m.
You will be offered a 30-minute warm-up.
Don’t hesitate to bring anything you might need to ensure your comfort in the event of a meditative moment, such as a cushion or kneedpads.
